We've just reviewed and approved a process enhancement for our next release
cycle this spring which will add a name vs. the current number. This is an
EPP behavior which I'm not a fan of (the behavior, not epp ;) but our
solution will fix it.

In this case, I know the domain is going to enom because I've seen the
number before, but it would be so much better to list the name of the
gaining registrar and not a cryptic code number in the win-back emails (and
transfer notifications while you're at it) so that we resellers can call
clients with some knowledge of our competition.
An example from today:
