And if there isn't such a statement on the PIR Web site, can OpenSRS
please pressure PIR to do so? In fact, the "right thing" to do is to only
show an expiration date that the registry has received affirmative
renewals for, but if they aren't going to do that, then a statement like
the one Bill asks for seems necessary.
