Hi all,

Checking to see if anyone has any success stories in helping clients transfer
out of TotalNIC. We have a customers who has tried to do everything demanded
of TottalNIC (photo ID, notarized letters, filed complaints with ICANN) to get
his domains transfered out, and he still has a bunch of names stuck there.
Thoughts & ideas would be appreciated.
