The new SPAM filters

I've set up one of my domains that gets flooded with SPAM on the new
filtering system, and have some configuration questions.

Are we up for talking about that sort of thing here?

I get a ton of email that does not seem to fall into any of the
existing policy types.

Here's an example:

How would one go about getting rid of this junk?  Is the answer here to 
create a new Content Group and quarantine the messages that match these 
keywords?  I would think this kind of crap would already be in the 
filters based on the hundreds of these types of messages that I get 
every day.
