For the Email Defense service, I read the following pricing:

  * Anti-spam (default feature) $0.30 per user per month

  * Upgrade: Anti-virus (Sophos) $0.15 per user per month

  * Upgrade: Content & Attachment Filtering $0.10 per user per month

What does Tucows call "per user"?
- Is it the sender of Spam? Each address sending spam is charged for
example $0.30 per month for Anti-Spam feature?
- Is it the domain name? Each domain name using Email Defense service is
charged for example $0.30 per month for Anti-Spam feature?
- Is it the spam email? Each blocked email spam is charged for example
$0.30 per month for Anti-Spam feature?
