CIRA dead this morning?

I can't seem to get to www.cira.ca and everytime I pull up a .CA in the RWI,
it times out forever and says:

Unable to grab contact info from CIRA.
HTTP or HTTPS protocol error occured while was trying to process command
with CIRA
