What the heck, since I'm complaining: the dates in reseller message
subjects are in DD/MM/YYYY format, which confuses many people.
Perhaps it can be changed to a non-locale-sensitive format, like
"2004-04-08" (which has the advantage of sorting alphabetically) or
"April 8, 2004".
Just a suggestion (as opposed to my other message, which was mandatory
