Tucows used to have excellent communication with customers -- far better
than most other companies. That has slipped dramatically over the last 18
months or so.
I would certainly encourage trying new things as long as it doesn't come
at the expense of old things that work. The mechanism for effective
communication is right here in front of you. You guys are allowing it to
grow rusty while you try new things instead.
