Hi Juan,
All false negatives should be reported to spam@emaildefenseservice.com.
Email sent to this addressed is forwarded on to the MX Logic Threat Center
where they analyze the email and if the message is a false negative, they
add it to their email corpus that is used to build the spam filtering
logic. The Tucows-hosted system receives updates from the Threat Center in
near real-time to ensure our filtering rules are always up to date.

Subject: E-Mail Defense Service: Spam incidents

We are using the EDS service and have had very encouraging results.

Should we report false negatives to spam@mxlogic.com or Tucows?
Thanks,
