I am not sure if this is your problem or not, but I believe that
somewhere along the line, the TV registry changed the requirements for
the state field. It appears that if you choose US or Canada as a country,
you need a 2 letter State/Province field... The <http://www.tv> site also
seems to be particular about the Prefecture for orders with Japan as the
country... Experiment with the Country/State fields, maybe that is the issue.
