Some questions:
1. I just looked over the API specs. It seems the whois opt-out is
only available with the modify_domain command. Can it not be set for
new registrations?
2. Also, the enhancements page lists:
Sync organization contact with registry
Updating a domain's organization information through Nominet is
now completely automated.
Does this mean that a modify_domain command that changes the owner
contact info will be processed? Or do we still need to deal with the
manual process described here:

configured to be sent to the Reseller and admin contacts.
Can these be configured to be sent to only the Reseller? Or set to not
