Some frustration for us all... maybe not new to the list, but it was new

To me this whole time-window procedure simply means that it is easier to
transfer away domains from Tucows to Joker than vica-versa.
I guess ICANN has nothing to say...
Isn't Law in Canasa is oriented to protect the consumer, too? ;-)
