Herr Langenbach has been asked to substantiate these claims numerous
times in the past and has failed to do so at each step of the way.
Further, Herr Keller (of a competing German registrar) has publicly
stated that he does not believe that these regulations actually exist.
I suspect that Herr Langenbach has taken a page from Mssrs. Verisign &
Network Solutions playbook and invented a few self-serving rules.
