Ok, so keeping the email ID pvt is an easy task. Simply change it to an
email address from our company and forget all the emails coming to it. For
renewals, send him manual email reminders.

Actually, the client wishes to keep his name, address and everything secret.
If he/she changes the ownership, it is risky and unadvisable. Isnt it?

HiddenRegistration is a separate service from OpenSRS. Read this page:
http://hiddenregistration.com/details.html
And you'll see that all you do is change your registration details - at
any registrar - to what's described on that page. Then, only emails that
are specific to renewal are forwarded to the DN owner. All other SPAM
and other communications are stopped.
