Hi Raj,

Outbound mail filtering is currently under consideration as new features to
add to the Email Defense Service. Outbound filtering options could include
spam, virus and content/attachment filtering. I invite anyone interested in
these services to please contact me directly to discuss further. I'm in the
process of prioritizing service requests right now as part of our product
roadmap and your feedback would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Bruce

Subject: Email Defense and Domain Mail (Tucows mail storage)

Hi All,

We are considering EmailDefenseService (in fact using it for quite a
while on test basis)

I'd like to know the options for scanning outbound mails? Given the fact
that we only use scanning (filtering) from tucows and host mail on other
servers. In such case, we use our own SMTP, but that's plain SMTP - no
virus filtering etc. Can we use Tucows service for outbound mail
filtering ? If not, then isn't it a desirable feature for those who only
purchase Scanning from tucows?
