Re: "Rich Text Editor" problems

I had my wife go through this tonight, and she brought up something I
missed -- the Page Layouts.

I missed them completely becaue the "Get help on this page" link talks about
extras being there. I would say that Page Layouts should be prominant,
possibly even picked as a page before the rich text editor.

Without them, it's baffeling as to where to start.

On the other hand, it's nice that all the layouts can be seen on one page,
as opposed to the graphic templates where you only see 6 on a page. It's a
bit tedious to go through page after page.

Also on Goodies -- Why does the icon say New York Times, yet go to some
other site ? I can see definate problems using a NYT banner, even if it is
just in the editor. This is the paper that set their lawyers after Infocom
for calling their game newsletter the New Zork Times.

And finally -- given that this is a new product, I think it might be a good
idea to give resellers one free 'live' site to test out the whole process --
building live, uploading , etc. I suppose you could force the password
to be the reseller password so we couldn't give it out. :-) But I would
want to 1) be able to test the whole process end to end, and 2) have
something my support people could use to attempt to duplicate anything our
customers have problems with.
