Greetings list.
I need some pointers on a situation regarding a domain name thnat should not
be owned by the current listed admin contact in the whois records.
Futermore, it seams impossible to contact this person, either by email or by
phone.
As an accredited OpenSRS reseller, we would like to regain control over this
domain, transfert it to our account (from networksolutions), but
we dont want to spend too much time on this ...
This really looks like a domain dispute of some sort... dont want to get
involved in too deep, but then again, helping this client means a new
hosting service on our side.
Any suggestions on steps to take to regain control over the domain ?
