Email Defense and Aliases?

We have sold several email defense services over the past month. However
we still have an issue with aliases, and catch-all email accounts.

Those emails are not scanned and are going around the email defense.
Unfortunately customers are complaining that the service is not working or
is not very robust.

What can we do to fix these issues?
