Hi Kai,
We imported all of the certificates into the new system
that were expiring, but I am not sure if this is the situation
for this particular cert, as we have not allowed ordering of
certs the "old way" since beginning of 2003 (so the timing
doesn't add up)

There are a few things we can do to help you out, but more
details will be required to track this cert down.

If you could contact support and give them the information
about the cert, they'll be able to help you out.

Subject: Renewing "old" certificates

I need to renew a certificate in two weeks which was ordered the "old way"
a year ago. Is there any way to do this or do I have to issue a completely
new order via RWI?
BTW: shouldn't there a renewal notice be sent? Until now there wasn't one
(certificate expires Aug. 7)

Kai
