Ah, I see it works much better if you provide full URL's like your example.
Otherwise only partial branding happens.

Thanks for the info and perhaps
this isn't an issue then. Maybe this isn't documented properly although I
will admit that I haven't verified that. Although just following some examples
seemed to lead me to the partial branding issues.
