Its not an issue of actually selling that many.
We sell very few of some of the extensions we offer, but by offering them
we are giving customers a more complete service and giving the impression
that we are serious about what we do (which we are).
It differentiates us from the competition.

Having said that, I would not offer the second level in .name because
the DNS and mail situation is complex.
This was always its achilles heel.

I would like to see Tucows offering more TLD's, especially when some
are so easy to set up compared to thinks like .uk which is a very complex
system.
