1. Login at: https://manage.opensrs.net/ for the domain name that you
want to create a nameserver based on, i.e. example.com

2. Go to the Nameservers menu, and add a hostname at the bottom (i.e.
"Adding New Nameservers"), e.g. ns3.example.com

3. Add the hostname in #2 (e.g. ns3.example.com) as an "A" record in
the DNS for example.com

4. Add nameserver to all foreign registries from the RWI.

5. Wait a couple of days for everything to propagate.
