Transfer away unclear

Hello everyone,

I think the transfer away messages are quite unclear about if a domain
is really transfered away or if the transfer is still in progress.

I received this one just now:

Notice:
The administrative contact for the domain shown below has confirmed
their intent to transfer the domain to <whatever>:

Is this the final e-mail I will receive about a transfer process which
is irreversibly completed?
