Unless I'm mistaken, this has been done on weekends before; we have a
system that tracks when the messages are sent and brings it to our
attention if they don't go out within 24 hours, and this is the first one
I've ever seen that had a valid address in WHOIS that wasn't manually
processed within 24 hours.
