When exactly domain relesed from redemption period ?

Hello discuss-list,

Last time I've tried to grab released domains about year ago,
so not familiar with current procedures, maybe someone can
advise me..

Domain in .com was deleted on 28 Sept and now in redemption
period. This domain worth nothing, as for me, but customer
who didn't bother to pay renewal fee for over 3 months until
domain was actually deleted, now want it back.

When should I expect it to be released from redemption period
and available for registration?
