Did you try using the "Domain Refunds" link in the RWI? Or, will that
only work on domains in the first 5 days of their creation? (after 5
days, we wouldn't get a refund in fees, but the delete functionality
might still work....)
It is possible for a registrar to hit the "Delete" button, early, just
a question of whether we have access to it or not.
