This is already implemented in the current RWI.
Simply login, go to "View Orders in Progress", click on the domain name you
want to be recognized, and click "Check Registration Status" link.
If the registrant has agreed to the CIRA terms already, then OpenSRS will
now recognize that .CA domain.
It did take them a whole year or more to add this functionality. Thankfully
it finally arrived.
