Successful registration message?

I can't seem to locate the message sent AFTER a NEW registration has
completed. Does anyone know where it is?
I see the messages for ceompletion of transfer and renewal, and I
see one sent upon submission of a new order under "tech contact
information". Wasn't there also a message sent out AFTER the
registration has _completed_ processing?
