We use the client code (sort of) and have the locking flag set to "on" (1)
by default.
However, I thought the ICANN rules were that registrars were not allowed to
bulk lock domains
or lock a domain unless the registrant had specifically requested it?
Perhaps someone from Tucows could comment on this?
I personally don;t think the change in the rules is the big problem its
being made out to be as I was sure Tucows auto acknowledged transfers
already after a few days, so there has not actually been a change for any of
us.
