Umm, yes.
We do anyway by default and customers can change them later if they want.
This reminds me of a guy, a few years ago, who registered hundreds of three
letter domains
all with ns1/ns2.mydomain.com as the name servers.
he never actually used any of them, and because mydomain is a public
service, people were signing up there adding his domains to their accounts
and using them!
