Are you kidding? You should AT THE VERY LEAST default to setting your
customers domains to go to a parking page where you advertise your
service. If they don't want the visitors, you should get them. If you're
more advanced, send the parked domains to a paid parking sponsor and make
some money that way.
Tucows is doing it with parked domaindirect.com sites, why aren't you?
