Hello,

Thank you for your email. At Tucows, we are very passionate about our work,
so we like to liberally use exclamation points!! :)

I have updated the message spacing and removed the exclamation points.
Please have a look at the message the next time you receive it to ensure
that the formatting is correct.

Thanks,
Greg Frank

Tucows,

May I suggest that the the following text be reviewed. This is frequently
sent to registrants who send you an admin-change fax which is not legible.
The line breaks in the paragraph are badly placed, and more importantly,
both sentences end with exclamation marks. There's no need to shout at
our customers.

To ensure that we can read the information that you have faxed to us,
you may
have to first enlarge the data you are sending us! For example, if you
could
first photocopy your photo ID and increase the resolution to 150 - 200
%, and
then fax it to us, the fax transmission is more legible!

Regards,
OpenSRS Support
