Most of our registration customers don't host their domains with us.
They will make as many changes to the default settings as necessary to
"make things work" and won't heed any advice given and therefore leave
the domains unlocked. Would it be possible to implement a seperate
"transfer lock" which would allow the user to change their nameservers
and contact data at will without leaving them vulnerable to transfer
hijacking attempts?
