In their defence their general process of tag handling seems to work very
well.
The main pain is their habit of contacting the customer, and an increasing
strictness in name handling - such as having lost the grace period on detags.
We deal with Nominet direct having been involved early in the UK ISP scene
(before my time here), it works okay.
I think we'd be happier if everyone worked in a similar system to Nominet, but
not necessarily precisely the way Nominet work it.
