Running domain landing pages with managed DNS

Not sure if this can be done with tucows. I have about 50 domains sitting
doing nothing, I want to redirect them to landing pages or for sale pages
and keep track of their traffic.

Can something be built with tucows managed dns? I think if I read correctly
this would cost $0.25 per domain (zone).

Is it possible to use remote cgi tracking in the HTML template you can
create? This appears to be better than paying to have each domain hosted but
the stats may be a problem.
