Hello Everyone!
I don't know if this has been discussed before, but how does one go about
transfering from one registrar to OpenSRS (Tucows)?
All I know is that at one point the registrant of the domain in question
needs to send a fax or a letter to both his/her current registrar and the
new one - but what happens next? More specifically, what needs to be done
through the OpenSRS client?
