Generally, just turn it off. Now if you want to test the cc validation
routines, you can make up some numbers to see if they fail and use some
real ones to see if they are accepted. A couple of well known test Visa
numbers are 4111111111111111 and 444333222111. Both of these will pass
the checksum validation, however neither is a real card issued by Visa.
