You have a choice of either having the transaction go automatically or wait
pending approval, it depends on what your preference is as far as billing
goes.
You can set the options in the resellers area
As far as more on the RITE test, if you have not gone to the FAQ I would do
so and really watch this list and the others, it takes about 3 days for all
of the same questions to be asked and answered again :)
