I had a many message exchange direct with Bhavin last nite and finally
got out of him that he had completed the test.
My last message was never answered:

My question to you Donald, is do you know if one can make a real
registration while under the Quick process?
My point was that I assumed he did have a live connection in some manner
and if so was really asking how long it took for a new domain name to
resolve. I and Tim (I think) saw the name servers he was using and
thought they were the horizon servers which of course will never resolve.
the names are similar.
