I too am in Europe.I do my transactions online through Epos.de, to do what i do you require a Merchant account, which citibank would give you easliy.However if you don't have a merchant account i suggest to use EURODEBIT (eurodebit.de) they do even banktransfers online for european customers and all transactions would be EURO if you prefer.

I need a company that makes the credit card payment and then I get some sort
of confirmation so that I can make the clients domain active. Or even
better, if is there any company that gets me a reply of credit card
confirmation on the fly that I could implement in openSRS.
