I just setup opensrs and passed the test and I am "live".

But before I go public, I would like to be able to ask users for their DNS servers instead of using mine during signup. I copied the DNS boxes from the register.cgi templates and pasted it into the reg_system/new_order.html

This should work correct?

Also, before I did this, when I try to register a domain, I fill out all the info and hit the final order button. It comes back "Authenication failed error" How do I fix this?
