Well you can try but unless your a Fortune 500 ISP I doubt your going to get
it. Since OpenSRS/TUCOWS has to prepay ICANN for your domains before you pay
them. All domains are done on prepay now, there are no term with ICANN for
domain registrations. So unless you are big and a great credit risk I doubt
OpenSRS would take the risk.
