But if an ICANN accredited registrar is providing the information
about domain looksups to a third party, is THAT a violation of
the ICANN accrediation agreement? One must assume they are getting
compensation for the provided information. I'v had more than one
customer check a domain online (and I know for a fact one of them
was check at bulkregister.com!) then come to us to register it,
and find that it was already registered an up for auction. The
press needs to be let in on this ...
