If you have facts, post to the domain-policy@internic.net mailing
list. The press monitors that mailing list and many of their domain
related stories are generated from there.

Also a quick comment on ICANN. Currently ICANN could care less if
accredited registrars are violating the accreditation agreement. Check
out dnspolicy.net for more information on this...
